Responsibilities
Technical Troubleshooting: Be the go-to expert for resolving software issues, answering user questions, and providing clear, concise guidance.
Problem Solving: Investigate complex issues, identify root causes, and craft effective solutions.
Sustainability Champion: Educate users on Pilario’s tools and help them translate data insights into real-world environmental impact.
Documentation and Knowledge Sharing: Create and maintain detailed documentation of common issues and solutions to enhance customer self-service options and reduce repeat inquiries.
Teamwork Makes the Dream Work: Collaborate seamlessly with colleagues in Support, Product, and Development to ensure a smooth user experience for everyone.
Continuous Learning: Stay ahead of the curve by learning new technologies and industry trends, keeping your technical knowledge razor-sharp.
Qualifications
Experience with SaaS applications, cloud platforms, and databases is essential. Bonus points for knowledge of sustainability analysis tools.
Explain complex technical concepts in a way that makes even the greenest tech novices feel like experts.
